After several years of touring with Jeff as “Guitar Guy” and appearing on television and at arenas around the world, he went back to playing guitar full time in 2012. His only break from touring, session work and film & television composing was a five-year period where he was part of the most successful comedy tour in the world – The Jeff Dunham Show. His tenure with Polydor Records paid off with a couple of top 10 hits and a gold album. In 1980, he embarked on a solo career where he was able to employ some of his childhood heroes, like the Tower of Power horns and bass player, Dee Murray of the Elton John Band.
